Abstract:Soil factors are the key factors affecting the quality of medicinal plants. The relationship
between isoflavone glucoside and soil factors in different habitats of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus (Bunge) P.K.Hsiao was explored to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of A.membranaceus. Thirty-three A. membranaceus and its rhizosphere soil from different areas were selected
to determine the content of its glucoside, and the content of its glucoside and soil factors were analyzed with principal component analysis. The results showed that available phosphorus, available potassium, available calcium and available magnesium were beneficial to the accumulation of isoflavone glucoside in A. membranaceus. The soil of Jilin, Ningxia, Gansu and Inner Mongolia was suitable for planting A.membranaceus.
