tritional value, and it is the most representative Chinese herbal medicinal in Jilin province. Since gin?
seng was approved as a new resource food in August, 2012, ginseng industry has further developed,
and the development and research on ginseng food has progressed rapidly. This review briefly out?
lines and summarizes the current research status of ginseng food development in China, analyzes and
summarizes the existing problems in ginseng food industry and puts forward reasonable suggestions,
hoping to provide reference for in-depth research and development of ginseng food.
